I am a 36 year old IBC patient who has lived with stage 4 IBC since my diagnosis. I am from Denmark.

When diagnosed the cancer had spread to my bones, lymphnodes and bonemarrow. In 2004 it spread to my brain, but I had radiation therapy all 3 times they found tumors, and now it seems like it is stable.

I have been in constant chemotherapy since the diagnosis.

I'm alive and well - And as many others have, I found true happiness in my life.

I keep thinking I will not last two more years, but I am still here, and now I actually think I might turn 40.

I am married and don't have any children.
