Taxol from 7/94 until 7/95 (3 weeks of treatment-1 week off)
Radiation - 30 treatments and Hyperthermia - 2 treatments
No Evidence of Disease until 11/96
Radiation - 30 treatments and Hyperthermia - 4 treatments
No Evidence of Disease until 12/97
Taxotere from 6/12/98 until 2/5/99 (12 treatments)
Tamoxifen 3/99 until 1/00
Herceptin weekly and Taxotere every third week from 2/11/00 until 7/28/00
Radiation - 25 treatments and Hyperthermia - 4 treatments from 8/8/00 until 9/12/00
