I am living proof of the power of prayer, treatment and the miracles of the James Cancer Hospital in Columbus, Ohio as I hit my five year anniversary of being diagnosed with I.B.C.

My treatment was 4 cycles of Adriamycin and Cytoxan chemo every 21 days, followed by 4 cycles of Taxol every 21 days, a mastectomy followed by 28 radiations.

My advice to newly diagnosed women is what Dr. Charles Shapiro of The James Cancer Hospital/O.S.U. told me....you are not a statistic. You can beat this and fight this and win.
